MattRMatt Reda started teaching in 1998 and has worked in a variety of environments: traditional, charter, vocational college, ABE, and GED preparation. He has a master's degree in education from Aquinas College and a bachelor's degree with majors in both history and English from Grand Valley State University.

Doug Hicks

Doug Hicks holds a bachelors degree in Public Policy from Michigan State University. Doug also attended graduate school at Michigan State where he earned his secondary education endorsement in Group Social Studies (RX). He worked as a Math Interventionist at Godfrey-Lee Public schools and at Pine River Area Schools, where he coordinated the Positive Action Grant. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys extreme couponing.
